Single/Double room to rent in Bath

I’m looking for a friendly, sociable and tidy female to rent this room.
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer this space to anyone that works remotely.

The house is bright and newly decorated in a leafy part of the city.
The room has a single bed that pulls out to be a double and there are plenty of draws and a hanging rail. The room comes with a shared bathroom and the kitchen is free to use for cooking. I’m happy to have shared cooking nights ,if this is something you might be interested in. The lounge is also a communal area as is the garden.

Town is just a 20 minute walk away, there is free on street parking if needed and there are busses that run to the city center or Bristol frequently.

I'm friendly, relaxed and outgoing and I live with my two young cats.
