Light and lovely room in family home

We are looking for a female under 26 to rent this room in a quiet and beautiful part of Bath, 5 minutes' walk from Bath train station and just down the hill from Bath University.

The room offered is fresh and bright, with a lovely view over the back garden. There's a shared shower/bathroom and the kitchen is available to use for light cooking. There's also a washing machine, tumble dryer and free parking nearby. Rent includes all bills. Unfortunately, as we work from home, we don't offer the room for people also working, or studying, from home. We have a small brown dog in the household!

We love to offer a space to live that's relaxed and easy to be, and welcome like-minded people. Our ideal lodger is someone sociable and outgoing, who's interested in activities and a social life outside the home. We like to keep things in the house fresh, tidy and clean, which means we're also looking for someone who likes to keep things nice and, like us, values being respectful, friendly and cheerful.
