Located 7 mins from Glasgow International Airport, convenient for holiday makers for short stays from 1 night - 1 wk, upto 1 month for work relocation/ contracts, in between houses etc.

Bus stop is 5 mins away with links to Paisley, Braehead, Glasgow & surrounding areas &
Motorways nearby to many popular & scenic locations.

Locally there's Phoenix Retail Park with multi complex Cinema De Lux, 24 hr Asda, TK Maxx, B&M, restaurants, cafes & many othèr popular shops.

The Clippens Inn, winner :) of best Scottish pub has football & live music at wk'nds is 5 mins round the corner.
As is On-X sports Centre with pool, gym, fitness, classes & cafe.
Lovely nature walks nearby that also go to Johnstone train station, for trains to Glasgow, Ardrossan beach & other scenic locations.

The house is feng shui'd for positive vibes, harmonious energy flow & also eco friendly.
So I am looking for professional, pleasant, peaceful people who value calm, quiet & privacy like myself for happy harmonious living.

Lounge is private as it's a training/meeting room, but bedroom is large, with big tv, 2 double wardrobes, ample drawers, side cabinets & dressing table/workdesk & looks onto lush enclosed, private gardens
