Rooms to rent in family house.

We are a large rural family home between Llandinam and Llanidloes. We rent out one end of the upstairs to lodgers. There are two double rooms plus a small single. Currently one of the doubles is occupied by a professional man.

The single has a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, shelving.
The double has a kind size bed, corner desk, wardrobe, comfortable chair and television.
The rooms are somewhat separate from the family accommodation and the family side of the house is covered with cctv.

Important to Note : The house is due to be sold in an auction - the earliest date we anticipate moving out is 22nd August although with the market being very stagnant this could be longer.
Please be aware that we will need access to all rooms in order to show prospective buyers.

We have two dogs, two teenagers and both my husband and I work from home.

We MIGHT consider pets but it is purely dependent on the circumstances.
Plenty of parking and outside space available. We would also consider a lower rent in exchange for cleaning, gardening etc.
