The property has one single bedroom with a separate sitting room and a separate kitchen very close to JR hospital and summer town and wants to let from 15 July 2024

The house has a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge-freezer wash machine and spaces for two car parks.
Upstairs is bath and shower, and WC also downstairs another spare wc
The property has a very fast wireless internet connection.
I'm looking for a single professional, friendly person to share with only one other( which is me). If you are new to Oxford and want to stay a short period of time (between 3 til 6 months), get in touch with me( I'm landlord and I didn't had option from the site to mention it!)
I need to add these too, if you have car, there is car space for you car in driveway, and for bicycle there is bicycle holders in front of my house too.
