We are two friendly, sociable and tidy professionals looking for another professional to share our attractive house in Jericho.

We now have one small double room available. It comes furnished with nicely-sized double bed, spacious built-in wardrobe, desk, and bedside table. The room is available from 8th/18th August(negotiable date) and the price is £800, excluding bills. Property Band E.

If you like sharing meals and cooking now and then, friendly chats & movie nights, and enjoy a sociable but quiet and peaceful environment then this household is likely to suit you. The house is located in a leafy, off-street development in Jericho only a few minutes walk from all the shops/cafes/restaurants nearby and only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. It’s a fantastic modern, spacious, fully-furnished, 3-storey detached house and includes a large living/dining room with a balcony view. It has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine) and an attractive patio garden - great for BBQs. There's also a basement garage, which includes cycle stands and a lockable storage area for the house.
