We are looking for someone to join us as we renew our contract for our lovely 6-person home-share in Jericho starting 1st August 2024.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:

The house is in an ideal location: right next to Jericho high street for local shops/cafes/pubs; 15 minute walk into Oxford city centre and train station; and 5 minute walk to the picturesque Port Meadow and canal path.

The house has 5 double rooms and 1 single room, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The communal areas include the kitchen-dining room, separate living room, utility room including 2 fridge freezers and a washer/dryer. We also have a lovely garden for bike storage and relaxing in the summer.

Available this year is room 6, a bright and private single room on the top floor. The rent for this room is £640 per month, with a £645 deposit.

Bills are not included but come to around £150 per month. This includes water, gas, electricity, council tax, WiFi and a cleaner who comes once a week to clean the communal areas.

ABOUT US:

We are a friendly group of young professionals working in and around Oxford. While our rooms are private, we will often hang out in the kitchen in the evenings. We are quite social and occasionally plan film nights, pub/cinema/theatre trips or go for a laid-back Park Run.

Unfortunately one of our housemates is moving away so we are looking for someone to replace her on the contract. We are keen to fill this spot in the next couple of weeks and will be able to hold viewings in the evenings during the week starting Monday 24th June.
