Friendly Shortlet in Iffley 💙

Hello lovelies! I am moving to London soon and so I’m looking for someone to take the room for all of July.

The house is a lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property in Iffley/Cowley area and is a short walk away from local haunts like the Rusty Bicycle, Green Routes, Missing Bean as well as all Cowley road has to offer. The street is very quiet and family friendly, and is a short walk to several grocery stores (Coop 5 mins, Tesco 10 mins, Sainsbury's 10 mins), with plenty of direct routes to the city nearby.

The house is all professional girls from the UK and Australia (aged 22-26), working in industries from archaeology, pharmaceuticals, to sociology research. The girls living here are so friendly and we often chat around the house but also are super accepting if people need to chill out alone.

The house is very spacious with a large living room, sunroom/dining area, kitchen and both a front and back garden. The room itself is a furnished double with a bed, mattress, side table, and a built in wardrobe. There is also plenty of additional storage space throughout the house if you need it. The room is so lovely and it gets a ton of light all throughout the day (which is especially good if you like to keep plants - all of mine have been ✨thriving✨).

The rent is £600 a month, and bills are usually an extra £60-80, including internet, electricity, water, gas, and council tax. I’d ideally be renting the room from the 1st of July to the 1st of August, but the exact dates are relatively flexible - just shoot me a message and we can see if the dates work :) We sadly can't accept couples and are looking mainly for a woman/NB person to join the house sorry!
