Sublet double room in Headington home

Hi everyone,

I am subletting my double room for £750 (all inclusive) from 29th July to 30th August. This 5-bedroom house with professional sharers is located on Windmill Road, close to Waitrose in Headington, and this places the property within convenient walking distance of the hospitals.

The double room is at the rear of the house on the first-floor, which makes the room quiet, and offers views over a large garden.

This room comfortably accommodates a double bed, large desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers, all of which is well illuminated through double-glazed sash window. The room is adjacent to a shower room which is shared with one other housemate.

The other housemates are friendly and typically busy with their roles in healthcare and charity.

Lastly, the kitchen and living space is the real forte of this house with an island, bi-fold patio doors and an excellent hob/oven.
