Double Bedroom available for a lodger from 08/07!

Hey I’m Amber,
I’m looking for a lodger to rent my spare double room. It will be available from 08/07/2024 as the previous lodger leaves the week before.

You would be living with me and my dog, she’s a German shepherd and is very friendly. So the person must like big dogs!
I am looking for someone who works, preferably not from home as I work a couple of days from home myself and I’m in a professional and confidential role.
I would like someone who is clean and tidy.
There is a kitchen, living room, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom that you can have access too. In addition to a garden.
If you are a smoker, then smoking must occur outside in the garden.
There is a parking space available for you to use.
I work Monday-Friday, and occasionally the infrequent day on the weekend. Otherwise, evenings and weekends are spent catching up with friends and family.
