Summer Sublet: Spacious Room in Lovely Shared Hous

Hello all, I am subletting this lovely, spacious bedroom in a shared house in Cowley area, Oxford. Subletting period is from July 1 to September 1. It is the largest room in a five-bedroom house. It has a double bed, a wardrobe, three spacious nightstands, a four-drawer cabinet, and a large bookshelf! (I am using 'spacious' and 'large' quite a lot, but that is only because this room does have a lot of space for you to live quite comfortably!) You will be living with four other Oxford graduate students in this house, and you will be sharing bathrooms, the kitchen, and the living room together. Ideally, I would like it if someone could take it for the whole time period (from June 25 to September 6, 2024). Rent is 850 GBP/month, all bills included. We can discuss a discount if you want the whole period!
In terms of location, this house is really centrally located. It is on Bullingdon Road, in the Cowley neighborhood in Oxford city. This is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, but it is just a five-minute walk to get to the bustling life in Cowley. Walk five minutes and you can easily pick up groceries from Sainsbury's or the city's largest Tesco Express. You can get to the city center easily by bus. The bus stand is just a three-minute walk away, and it takes no more than 15 mins to get to city center.
Cowley area is the best place in Oxford for the best ethnicity food -- Turkish, Chinese, Persian, Sri Lankan, you name it! You'll never get lonely living here, as you'll can easily walk to discover the delicious gems. This sublet is prime for someone looking for a short stay in Oxford for the best living experience, whether you're here for traveling or a short stay, or you're a visiting scholar or looking for jobs, this is the place to be!
