Double Room Available 5th September

Hey there!

We've got a double room in our place available September! It's furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chester drawers, a desk and chair. You'll be sharing a bathroom with just one other housemate.

We're a group of four professionals – 3 guys and 1 girl. Our jobs are in the fields of healthcare, engineering and sustainability consultancy. We enjoy sports, with running, football, gym, and squash just a few hobbies. We also enjoy board games, the occasional house meal, watching TV shows together and gardening!

Ideally we would like a female housemate to keep the house balanced (2 females, 3 males)

Our house has multiple bathrooms (four!), a chill living room/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a huge garden (perfect for those summer BBQs), an out-shed for playing board games and hosting friends, and a bike shed! There's also a driveway that can fit 3 cars.

We're conveniently located and are a 20 minute walk to the city centre and 5 minute walk to cowley high street.

Rent will be £665 and bills (900Mb Wi-Fi, gas + electric, water, and council tax) is around £100 per month.
