Looking for 3rd flatmate - Temple Cowley

Hi! We are 2 young professional looking for a 3rd flatmate (professional) to move into our existing 3 bedroom apartment as our flatmate is moving out and we would like to renew the contract (August 2024-2025). Date of move in is 15th August but flexible.

It’s a 3 bedroom apartment in Reliance way, just off Cowley road. It’s a 10-min cycle to city center and 5mins to the shops.

About the apartment -
The apartment is fully furnished and the room (Bedroom 2) is equipped with a bed, side table, closet and a chest of drawers. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate. We do have a designated parking space however one of us is using it atm, but there is always space around the building. The rent is £552 (excluding bills) bills come up to roughly c. £135pp.

We are 2 are two girls (28 and 30) who like hanging out together but also respect each other’s space. We have a variety of hobbies and always up for a pub trip/night out. We like to make the house feel like home and keep the place clean and tidy. We are looking for someone like minded.
