Lovely room in the heart of Sherwood

THE ROOM

Preferably looking for someone who can move in during July.

Open to both students and employed. Bills & C ouncil Tax included (FYI Council Tax Band B).
Ideally looking for 3 month + commitment, but am open to 1 month +
Double furnished room on the back of the house, view of garden, fully furnished.
Double bed with draws underneath.
Bedside draws + lamp.
Desk + chair.
Double wardrobe with drawers.
Additional built-in wardrobe, space for storage boxes and hangers (not pictured).
5 minute walk to the bus stop on Mansfield Rd, buses run frequently to the city centre.
On-street free parking is right outside the house or surrounding street. I normally park on the driveway but we can swap around when needed.

THE HOUSE & COMMUNAL SPACES

The house is modern, two bedrooms, warm and spacious. Nice light! On a side street, friendly neighbours. It will just be me, yourself and my dog living here. My partner occasionally stays over. I may have the occasional visiting friend stay over on the sofa bed in the lounge.

You must be happy living with a small dog; she is very friendly and has free-run of the downstairs area.
Shared Living room with TV. I have a desk in the corner that I work from.
Fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs.
Washer+dryer machine.
The main bathroom is shared.
Additional downstairs toilet, shared.
Private garden to the back of the house with patio, seating and washing line for you to use.
Cleaning of the communal spaces is shared between us (on a rota).

Hey! A little about me… I work in the creative/events industry & work from home regularly.
My partner stays over 1-2 nights a week.
I'm a pescatarian. Happy to occasionally have dinner together, otherwise I cook for myself.
I'm into art, photography, music, hiking...
Pretty chilled and respectful of space!
