I’m a GOLD accredited Landlord with UNIPOL and I have available rooms in my student properties.

I have 11 properties in total on a secure gated complex. Some houses are specifically for undergraduates and the others specifically for postgraduates.

The development is approximately a 10/15 minutes walk from Nottingham City Centre and just off the Alfreton Road so on all major transport links and only a 10 minute walk to NTU City Campus, 15 minutes to UoN Jubilee and 25 minutes to UoN University Park.

All rooms have double beds and our rent is £119 per week inclusive of the following:

Also, our properties come complete with all self catered equipment, such as kettle, toaster, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, Tv etc... You just need your own bedding & towels.

The minimum tenancy length is 48 weeks and we offer up to 51 weeks. All properties will be available from the beginning of September.
