I am looking for someone to rent out my spare room. It is currently unfurnished, but I am happy to get furniture for it if someone wants to stay short term! I currently live here with my 3 year old dog called neon who is a collie cross, so you would have to be comfortable with dogs and like them. I work as a personal trainer so enjoy going to the gym, but also like going out for cocktails or the pub. Looking for someone who enjoys their own space, but also would want to chill together.
