Room available in student house

Student house - We’re a group of 7 looking for an individual to take the 8th room. The house is fully furnished, and the room includes a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and bedside drawer. The living room and kitchen are separate and spacious, with a wall-mounted TV in the living room. We have a private garden, a driveway at the front of the house for parking, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, two sinks, two stoves and two ovens, fridge and freezer, a bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. It’s £155pppw, inclusive of all bills (gas, water, electric, tv licence and internet). Our group consists of 6 girls and 1 boy, all in our third year of university. We’re quite a sociable group, and enjoy nights out together as well as staying in together. The house itself feels more alike a family home than an average student home, so it’s cozy and convenient, being opposite Jubilee Campus and no more than a 10 minute walk to QMC and a 15 minute walk to University Park. Plenty of bus routes around that go towards Beeston, City Centre and so on. Most ideal for a student attending the University of Nottingham being close to campus and a short bus ride into city.
