Single bed in modern and central flat

Hello! I'm Emma and I'm currently renting a two bedroom flat by myself and looking to find someone to fill the single bedroom now that I feel a bit settled in.

I'm looking for someone who is interested in being social in the flat but also appreciates their own space. I'm not a clean freak but I like to keep the place nice and fairly tidy so it would be good if we share a similar attitude.

The flat is fairly modern. This means that the kitchen is well kitted out and the flat is generally fairly warm, especially during summer months. The shower is brilliant (can't do without a good shower) and the heating when needed works well and is easy to use.

It would be nice to find someone with some interests in common which I have listed seperately but I'm especially interested in live music and getting out into the outdoors for a good walk or even a run if the weather calls for it. Love a night in the pub but equally happy in front of the TV with a good film or TV show.
