Single bedroom in family home available

Single furnished bedroom available in a family home with myself and 13 year old teenager. The room has a double bed, small wardrobe, chest of drawers and small TV however if you want to use your own furniture I will happily store ours. There's one bathroom and a downstairs toilet room and a driveway.

We're an easy going family and I work full time, including weekends and the teen is here 4 days a week. We've comfortably let the room out to previous tenants here.

It's a nice nice area here and easily accessible to the town center, local shops and train station.
