This is a room available in the beautiful town of Desborough. It has excellent links to the M1 and is a short drive from the A1. If you are a commuter then both Market Harborough and Kettering train stations are not too far away. Desborough is a friendly and welcoming town with beautiful countryside and plenty of nice pubs and places to eat. There are local shops for convenience and large supermarkets within a 10 minute drive.

The house is set over 3 floors and is recently decorated, with a new kitchen with modern appliances including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Plates, cutlery, pots and pans are all there for you to use. There is a dining room attached to the kitchen.
The room available is furnished and has an ensuite with a shower. The bedroom has a double bed with bedding, a desk, a bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. There is a large garden with patio seating area, and the storage use of a garage. Broadband and all bills are included.

I am a professional woman and live there with my daughter. I have a son at university who visits rarely. I also have 2 cats. We are a warm and welcoming family and want you to feel at home. We are tidy, quiet and considerate and would like the same in a house mate.
House rules are to take your shoes off at the door, tidy up after yourself and no over night guests. No smoking or vaping in the house.
