I am looking for another tenant after my last one moved out after three years.
A clean homely room to be rented out within my home where i reside with 1 dog (3 year old Border Collie) and a Cat. Must be an animal lover.
Includes use of all amenities although i like my lounge to be for my personal use unless i am out.
I sometimes have my grandchildren stay over at weekends.
driveway for 2 cars.
NO COUPLES, NO CHILDREN please and i am looking for someone that is clean & tidy, respectable of my property and myself.
I have two rooms a single and a double room but I am only renting the one (whichever goes first really)
Both rooms have a single bed with brand new high quality mattresses.
Will be furnished for the right occupant.
