Large bright room with single bed

This is a large ground floor room. It has two windows which make it a lovely bright sunny room. It has a very comfortable bed and my shower is really good. The downside of my house is I only have one bathroom. I sacrificed the downstairs one for a bigger kitchen.
The dining room and kitchen are communal spaces.
I live here with my teenage son and have always needed to have a lodger to survive in this economic climate. I respect people's privacy but am friendly, relaxed and approachable.
We have 2 smallish dogs and a cat. Please DO NOT apply if you don't like animals. The dogs are part of the house and you wont be happy here if you dont like dogs.
We have a small yard out the back. I live opposite a lovely little park that's run by volunteers. It means some nice outside space as we don't have a garden.
It's a 15 minute easy walk to town. There's plenty of buses, but it's so close I never get a bus. There's buses to York Uni and I've had quite a few students stay over the years.
