It is a south facing room to the garden, so plenty of daylight in a quiet location.
There is a flat screen smart TV in the room with Sky Available.

We are a professional couple who work a shift pattern.
There is parking available.
We have a 3 year Golden Retriever who is super friendly, rarely barks and is house trained.
The house has three bathrooms, (ours is an en-suite).
Good location to the main roads of A64 York & Hull.
Bus stops close by and a 20 minute walk to Seamer Train Station, which stops at Hull/Malton/York.
We are both 32 years of age, who enjoycooking, hosting, hiking, running, keeping fit & healthy! We are respectful, clean & tidy.
