Double room on south side of harrogate to let

Double room available for a short to medium term let.

Partly furnished- Large double wardrobe provided/ but half the wardrobe will have some of my things in it.

You will need to provide your own bed and chest of drawers.

WIFI and all bills included.
The house is located in a lovely side of harrogate close to Leeds Road.
I am looking for a very particular tenant for this to work for everyone as you would be living with myself and my 6 year old daughter. My daughter is very chilled and well behaved but you would need to be ok with that.

I have my own en-suite bathroom so i use that 9/10 times however you would be sharing the house bathroom with yourself and my daughter and i use it occasionally.

There is a double drive way so you have your own off street secure parking.

I work from home full time, the person who is moving in would need to be working full time out of the house for this reason. I also require female only as you can understand why with having a child etc.

No smokers, but vape would be fine. No pets , we do already have a small cute cavapoo dog tilly, but i can't have any more pets in the house.

If someone is moving in , they would need to comit to a minimum of 3 months.
