Hi, our names are Odette and Franck, and we are looking for a lodger.

We are trying to find someone who is female, non-smoking, tidy, and respectful - possibly a postgrad student or someone in regular employment.

We offer a light, spacious room with a double bed, wardrobe space, study desk, and your own fridge.
On the ground floor, you will find a modern fitted kitchen/diner, a living room, laundry area , a separate shower room (one of 2 in the house) and access to the rear garden.

There is also free off-road parking.

We only accept people we can meet in person as it’s important to ensure compatibility.

If you've read this far, you probably realize it’s more about finding the right person. We have tried to create the nicest space for co-living. Sorry, no couples or pets.

This home is located in a lovely part of Norwich in NR3, which suits young professionals and students attending either Norwich University of Arts or the University of East Anglia. There’s a Tesco just two minutes' walk away, with Aldi and Co’op also in the area. There’s a numerous coffee shops nearby, as well as takeaway food, a restaurant, and a pub a few streets away.

The area has excellent public transport links, with bus stops within 5 minutes. A bus into the town centre takes 8 minutes.

### PERMITTED PAYMENTS:
