The room has a double bed but is for single occupancy only, so sorry no couples or families.

The shared kitchen has washing machine, cooker, fridge, freezer, fridge/freezer, kettle and microwave. There is a table and chairs in the kitchen. No shared lounge.

The shared bathroom has over bath shower ( shower only ), WC and handbasin.

The 2 current tenants are male who work full time outside of the flat.

Council Tax, water charges and broadband are included in the rent.. Electricity charges are via pre payment meter and the tenants share this cost, which normally works out at around £40 PCM each on average.

The flat is on a bus route, there is easy access to the city centre and Hellesdon Hospital, and has shops and supermarket nearby.. Parking is in lay bys or on street outside the flat.. No permit is required. There is a ground floor shed for bicycle storage.

Please note that this property is not in a good location for UEA,. The flat is reached by stairs. Sorry there is no lift.
