The bathroom is next to the bedroom, and is allocated exclusive use for this room only. Choice of bath or shower, with own toilet and sink.
One of the fastest internet speeds is provided with eero . Shared lounge, with the kitchen dining room/ separate to this.

Parking may be available outside the property need to discuss this first if required .

Lovely large back garden which gets the sun most of the day.

Hospital bus stop covers all local routes, walk to the beach takes about 15 mins.

Very quiet neighborhood, as most work at the hospital.
