I'm currently renting this bedroom, on a 2 bedroom flat with the main tenant. I will be away for Summer, from the 9th of July, until beginning of October, so the room will be available for renting during that period July - September (aprox. 2 months and 2-3 weeks).

The bedroom is a spacious furnished room, with double bed, desk, Mirrors, metal stand for storing, and closet.

The flat has shared washing machine, all necessary kitchen equipment and cutlery, a shared toilet and living room with sofas and a table. Wi-fi available, but no TV.
It's right next to Stockbridge Market area, 2 minutes walking distance to shops, cafes, local Sainsburys and Co-op supermarkets and Kerr Street bus stop. 15 minutes away walking distance to Princes street, or 5 minutes away by bus.

Bedclothes, pillows and towels can be provided if required.

The flat is also the home of a 16 year old cat, Mila. She is very friendly.
