Short term let - Double room in Portobello

Hello and thank you for looking at my advert.

I am looking for a flatmate, firstly for the SUMMER LET, available from now till end of August (minimal stay 1 week) for the rent of £250/week (July) & £300/week (August) including bills.

From the 1st SEPTEMBER 2024 this double room will be available for SHORT TERM LET, up to 6 months (long term let considered after probationary period) The rent is £780/month

I have lovely spacious double bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat. You will have the use of the shared space in the living room , kitchen and bathroom (toilet is separated from the bathroom). The property is newly renovated and fully furnished.

There is ample of free, street parking spaces if you drive or the transport links are fantastic, with the bus stop only 2 minutes away and the quickest bus in to city centre takes about 20-25 minutes.

The flat is also seconds away from the Portobello Promenade where you can find Edinburgh Leisure Centre and an abundance of restaurants and cafes. Across the road you will find Aldi and the Portobello high street offers lots of small shops and more cafes and restaurants!

In regards to the bills (for the short term let), within the price council tax and broadband . Gas and electricity are not included within the rent.

You will share the flat with the 34 years old professional female.

Who I am looking for:

From SEPTEMBER I am looking for someone who is also a professional or a final year graduate student, master or PhD student.

Tidying up after yourself and keeping what you use clean is a must.
