Longterm double room for rent

The flat is incredibly close to the shops and central university buildings, about 15-20mins to new town and around 5 minutes from the meadows. The kitchen has a gas oven, small fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle
I’m a recent graduate looking a new flatmate to move in during July. I currently work 4 days a week in hospitality so I do have some late finishes.
Ideally looking for a female flatmate who’s quiet, tidy and up for the occasional night out.

Gas central heating
The bills do change dependent on the time of year but is roughly £45 a month (each)
Wifi is currently £13.50 but the contract is ending on the 10/7 so a new contract will need to be set up.
Council tax band D
Last deposit for the flat was the rent plus an extra £50 so should be roughly the same.
Don't mind a student but CT will be shared regardless. Either proof of current employment or a UK-based guarantor (or 6 months' rent upfront in lieu) required.
