Looking for a flatmate for a double room in a new build flat in Bonnington/Leith. The location is brilliant and the flat is lovely. 20 minute walk to St James Centre, 15 minutes to the shore and 20 minutes to Stockbridge.

I am a 30 year old working in health care and would be looking for another female professional around a similar age. I love to be social and catch up over a wine but also respectful of space and privacy. I really enjoy running and cycling! Also love to travel, seeing friends and yoga/gym in-between.

The room comes with a built in wardrobe, double bed and you would have the bathroom with a build in shower. The flat is fully furnished.

The rent is £555 pm, council tax Band D (£75 pp), Internet £15pp + gas and electric (£45 pp). Lease is through a letting agent so rent is non-negotiable and you would need to go through the usual checks.
