Double room just off Leith Walk

New flatmate needed ASAP. I'm moving out and looking for someone to fill this room in a furnished, two-bedroom flat.

This is a lovely flat with a bright spacious kitchen and living room. The bedroom is a good size and nice and quiet because it's facing the garden. There's also a large box room, so loads of space for storage.

The location is fantastic. It's just off leith walk with bus and tram stops across the road. There are big supermarkets (Tesco and Lidl) within five minutes. It's also close to the park, GP surgery, and lots of nice shops and cafes. It's easy to walk into town in half an hour.

The current flatmate is female, 20s, professional, and really great to live with.

The rent is £615, council tax band C (council tax and wifi is £85 a month) and we have a smart meter for gas and electric. It's a joint tenancy.
