I have to be away for a couple months so I am looking for somebody to stay in my room for the duration. I am going to be away between 21st of July and 8th of Sept.
It's a lovely double-room in a newly build flat located in Longstone with good 25-minute bus connections to city center. The flat has a spacious shared kitchen and living room. There is a dedicated bathroom, which is not an en-suite - it's a separate room but will only be for you. Free on-street parking.
My flatmate is perfect in every regard. She is clean, respectful and considerable. She has said she would prefer a female flatmate.
