Ensuite bedroom in beautiful flat near Calton hill

We are one sustainability officer and one doctor sharing this *incredible* flat. Unfortunately, my flatmate is leaving Edinburgh for a new job.

The room has a double bed, ample storage space with built-in wardrobe, and the main bathroom is essentially yours as the other room is an ensuite! Additional furnishings are bedside table and chest of drawers.

The flat itself is a third-floor (top) traditional tenement building, with high ceilings, fireplaces and an Edinburgh press. The kitchen is modern with dishwasher, gas stove, washing machine and fridge-freezer. Our area is walking distance to town without being loud, dirty or overcrowded. We have access to trendy shops and cafes but also a lidl and arthurs seat.

I moved to Edinburgh earlier this year from Ireland. I am a sustainability officer, and work between home and the office. I'm keen to live in a comfortable home environment, so value keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. I enjoy having a chat with flatmates, and occasionaly film night or drink.

There is permit parking available through the council (zone N1). Council tax band C. Bills are not included.
