Looking for a tidy and friendly female flatmate to move into a lovely double room in a cozy flat near the city centre. The flat is located on Harrison Gardens.

You'll have access to a shared bathroom and living room, with a park right outside and access to a shared garden.

- Near city center with good transport links- lots of bus stops nearby! There’s parking available on the street outside but requires a permit.
- Rent is currently £485 per month (possibility that landlord may increase due to tenancy changeover but hopefully not!)
- Other bills: WiFi approx £17 per month, electricity and gas £35-45 per month.
- Preferably a student, but will consider a professional willing to cover council tax. No couples.

Not a party household, just a chill and respectful environment :)
