I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my contract for a studio (ground floor) at 200 Cowgate in Edinburgh. The new tenant must be a student and must rent for the entire period (31/08/2024-23/08/2025, 51 weeks). The weekly rent is £280, plus a deposit of £250.
The building is close to the central campus of the University of Edinburgh (10 min walk) and the railway station (5 min walk). The room is located at the back of the building, which is exceptionally quiet.
