Studio flat for short term let

I am moving out of my apartment and I am looking for someone to live there until the end of my lease (19th of July). It’s a short term let for 4 weeks, starting on a Monday (24th of June) and ending on a Friday (19th of July). The dates are flexible so please get in touch and we can figure something out.

The flat is a studio with a separate kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, there is also a washing machine in the kitchen. The flat is furnished and in the main room there is a loft bed, sofa and two tables, unfortunately no closet.

The area is very lovely, it’s located in Newington and a very short walk to the Meadows. The flat itself is not on the main street so it’s very quiet. There are lots of buses to pretty much all parts of the city.
