Room for rent

Our flat mate is leaving and we are looking for someone to replace her.

We are both professionals working in Edinburgh. We work shift patterns including nights and therefore sometimes need quiet during the day.

We both enjoy cooking, socialising and sports including swimming, running, cycling, tennis, climbing, padel and the gym. We enjoying going up North and enjoying the Scottish outdoors.

The bedroom has beautiful views over the Firth of Fourth and is fully furnished. Living spaces are shared. We have access to a communal garden that is well kept.

The flat has good transport links to Leith, the town centre and the airport. There is a nearby gym, supermarket, tennis courts and places to eat and drink.
