Double room in Orchard Brae

Looking for a new flatmate for after my current one moves out on the 30th.

The flat is fully furnished, including sheets, quilt, pots, pans, and cutlery etc. because the landlord used to have it on AirBnB. The kitchen has room for more if you're still wanting to bring your own though. You'll have your own bathroom with a bath+shower. I don't really use the living room, so feel free to use it however you like. You also get access to the car park out front, so there's plenty of room for cars/bikes/etc.

Craigleith retail park is a 15 minute walk away for food and other essentials and the bus stop nearby takes you into town in 15 minutes or so.

Utilities are:

Council Tax band is F, so £128 each.
Broadband is £12 each.
Elec & gas come to about £70 per person.
