1 Double Room In Modern Flat From July '24

Hi! My names Lauren and I have a double room available in my flat from July 24 - our flatmate is moving out with his gf!

This is a clean modern flat with a well maintained shared back garden. The living room is a box room and shares a door with one of the other bedrooms (not the bedroom being advertised). There are bus stops right outside the flat, tram stop is a 15mins walk and we are very close to a number of shops (Lidl/Sainsburys 10mins walk). Princes Street is about a 25mins walk as well.

I'm a 26yr old full time professional at an office job and WFH 2 days a week. My flatmate Yazmin, is a 23yr old full time professional who is WFH 5 days a week. We're both very friendly and socialable, and like having drinks with friends and exploring the city.

We're looking for a friendly tidy flatmate who is looking to stay long-term and doesnt mind a kitchen chat or pint at the local. The letting agency has requested a full time professional with no pets.

We recently underwent repairs to the bathroom and so decor work needs to be completed in there and the corner of the bedroom will also needs repainted.
