Looking for flatmate who can move in asap

Hello all... We are looking for a flatmate to live in a spare room. Room is available from 1st July. View appointment is available on 24th and 25th June, please email to book. Shared use of the rest of this ground floor flat - kitchen, bathroom and living room. The swimming pool, gym, supermarkets and bus stops are within 2 mins walking distance. We only accept a clean and tidy flatmate.

Looking for a flatmate who ideally can move in on 31st of March, and can live here for around 3-4 months. If you only need the room for less than 3 months, please discuss it with me. Pets and kids are not allowed.

The rent is £ 600. Broadband is included. Energy bills are about £10-39/ week, depending on how long your heater is on. We use a prepaid energy meter, which allows you to top up your account at any pay point and monitor the balance day by day easily with a home display. You have to pay the council tax if you are not a student.

The ideal flatmate will be a mature person who enjoys living within a well-maintained and clean environment and is considerate of others when it comes to sharing and maintenance of facilities in the flat etc.
