Double bedroom at the Foot of the Walk, Leith

Hello! I'm a tenant in a cozy ground floor flat located at the Foot of the Walk in Leith, near the Newkirkgate Shopping Centre and the Leith Tesco Superstore. The tram stop is a very short walk away, along with several well-connected bus stops. My current flatmate will be moving out soon, so I'm looking for someone to take her double bedroom on the 1st of August. It will have to be a bit of a sped up process, as the agency is asking for information about the new tenant ASAP.

About me: I'm in the last year of my doctoral degree in Literature, which means that I inevitably sped most of my time at the library, but I sometimes like to hang out in the living room and stream movies/TV shows to unwind after shifts at my part-time job. I like cooking whenever I have a bit of free time. I enjoy trying new recipes from different cuisines and I also like to bake, which means I often have fresh bread to share!
