About Me:
I am a 25 year old professional that will be starting as a trainee solicitor in September. I am in the office a minimum of 3 days per week (usually more!) and so you would have lots of time to enjoy the space. I’d love a friendly flatmate that I can socialise with but also very respectful of people’s privacy and really appreciate my own space sometimes too. 😊
About the Flat:
The flat is located in Comely Bank (Council Tax Band D) and is a 20 minute walk from Princes Street. Right around the corner is a wide range of lovely coffee shops, bars and restaurants as well as the botanic gardens and the water of leith walkway. There is also a Co-op and large Waitrose 5 minutes away for weekly shops.
