Hi there! My Name is Duncan Henderson, I am a 24 yr old research scientist looking for a flatmate to join me on the tenancy in my new flat. I have recently furnished the flat and am looking for a flatmate to take the spare room.

Your room already has a double bed (with under bed storage) and two bedside tables, but will need chests of drawers and wardrobe when you move in.

The flat has 2 large double bedrooms and a box room, which is currently a home gym (see photos), along with a large lounge which has an office desk in too (plus my PS4). Kitchen with pantry, bathroom with clothes airer and plenty of storage cupboards.

I am very inclusive and just looking for someone who is easy going and tidy. Bonus if you also love sports/gym, cooking and coffee.

💲Rent is £650pm
⚡ electric and gas ~£20pm each
🛜 WiFi and SKY is £19pm each
🏠council tax band C (£165pm) (will confirm)

A bit about me: I am a genetic scientist working hybrid/remote and in the city. I love all sports (rugby, golf, skiing etc) and am training for my first ironman next year (hence the gym set up in the box room). I enjoy cooking and am a sucker for a coffee and pastry.
