Hello there,

Available I have a 2 room studio, one which is a living/ kitchen area with an en-suite and a separate bedroom area with a small storage room.

We are perfectly located in Llantrisant with access links to buses and trains from pontyclun.
Old town Llantrisant is just up the hill and talbot green is just opposite for picking up groceries etc. The Llantrisant leisure centre is around 3 minutes walk away which has a pool and a number of classes. There are a lovely few restaurants around also.

The location is also perfect if you are based in the royal Glamorgan hospital as it’s around 5/10 minutes walk away.

There is on street parking available on the street also.

I live at the property but don’t have access, but I’m always up for making new friends.

I am a part time flight attendant so spend a lot of time oversees but always up to chat over a cup of tea and some biscuits.
