Hi
We are a family with a comfortable and quiet double room available to rent 5 mins walk to Alder Hey and Broadgreen/Heart and Chest Hospital. This is room only with a shared bathroom, we will provide fridge, microwave and kettle in room. The room has its own sink. Due to house lay out and family need the kitchen and laundry are not available for use.
The room may be suitable for someone working in the hospital. Free parking outside property. There is a bus stop directly outside the house for transport in the city centre. Sainsbury’s is a 5 min walk and old swan is 5 mins walk with lots of shops pubs and cafes
