Hiya, we’re looking for a fourth housemate for our house share on Langton road, right near the Asda on smithdown. The room we have spare is split across two rooms, so it’s a small double with loads of storage and then an office space, so really perfect for anyone working from home or still studying!!
We’re currently 2 young professionals and a student, we’re all very social love a trip to the pub and also a night out but equally are really looking forward to having chill nights in and cooking together!
Equally the house is 105 per week but since this room is split between the bedroom and office space we thought it fair to have it at the reduced rent of £82 per week bills included, and the tenancy starts 1st July.
