WHO will you be living with?
In this house we have 4 females and 5 males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house is a three story property and has 10 rooms, a communal open living area and Kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom, and every room has a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The house is located on Huntley Road in L6 and bus routes from the main road (Prescot Road) is a five-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 20 minutes.
Great transport links to The Royal Liverpool hospital and The University of Liverpool where a bus can take you to both in just 25 minutes which is perfect for students or staff working at the hospital.

LOCAL FACILITIES
Lidl, Home Bargains, Iceland, and McDonalds are a 5-minute walk just off Kensington/Prescot road traffic lights. There are also plenty of convenience stores, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. JD gym is the closest gym just off Edge Lane which is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
