Flat is furnished, room is part furnished

Lovely quiet flat on Penny Lane (great area!) that feels more like a house as it’s set over two floors.

The communal living room also overlooks a park, which is very nice.

I’m currently renting out a large double bedroom, there is also a small shared spare room for guests/ storage.

I don’t spend that much time here so you will often have the place to yourself.

I’m looking for someone tidy and considerate that I can trust.

No preference on gender, I’ve had good experiences living with males and females. No smokers please.

Definitely not a party flat, I value it being peaceful!
