Spacious double available in 3 bed flat from 9th August. You’ll be sharing the flat with Katya, Angela, and most importantly, the resident cockapoo Chessy!

It’s a ground floor flat with a small outside space 5 minutes walk from Wimbledon station. Centrally located with lots of shops, pubs and a Sainsbury’s within 5 minutes walking distance. Wimbledon common is a 15 min walk away so the best of all worlds location wise. Bills are around £100 per month & the contract runs until Oct with a view to renew then. The landlord lives nearby and is very responsive to any issues.

The room comes furnished and has a desk so perfect for wfh. The girls have their own friends and different schedules but we enjoy sitting down to watch a movie, heading out to the cinema or having a glass of wine and a chat whenever people are home so looking for someone who fits into that dynamic!

There’s a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks (we take in turns to pay £30 every 6 weeks) and everyone pitches in to keep the flat clean and homely in between.
